Adventure Aquarium Museum Overnight!

Shark in the Dark Overnights - Adventure Aquarium. Join the Center for Aquatic Sciences at Adventure Aquarium for an awesome overnight adventure. Explore the Aquarium’s amazing shark collection, sea turtles, stingrays, and a multitude of different fish. You’ll spend the night sleeping up close near one of the aquarium exhibits. The next morning, you’ll get the chance to visit with the African penguins and hippos.
We will be exploring the Museum and then sleeping/camping at its location!
This is the easiest way to get introduced to camping.
No tent is required, just sleeping bags (and pad). Remember to bring flashlights!
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Evening activities will include:
A self-guided scheduled tour of Adventure Aquarium exhibits and touch tanks
Guided, behind-the-scenes visit to the top of the Ocean Realm exhibits
Souvenir Patch
Light evening snack and grab & go breakfast
Sleeping space near the exhibits
Wakeup call is 7:00 am.
All gear must be removed from sleeping locations to the morning storage location by 8am.
Morning activities include:
Shark Bridge
Morning Hippo viewing
All guests must exit the building with their belongings thirty minutes before the aquarium opens. If you would like to reenter the building after the aquarium opens, tickets must be purchased at the Adventure Aquarium Ticket window.

Annual Ho-Ho-Kus Day - Cub Pack 54 Booth
Saturday after Labor Day in September / Noon to 4pm
Cub Pack 54 will have a booth where we will sell water; provide in-person registration assistance; showcase our past year’s activities; and host a uniform swap.
Annual Campfire Kickoff
Sunday after Labor Day in September / 5:00 - 6:00pm
East Park (or Sycamore Community Church if raining)
We will have the Kickoff Ceremony & S’mores - hosted by our Arrow of Light Scouts
We will also have a uniform swap; hand out new Cub Pack 54 T-shirts; provide in-person registration assistance; and have Den-Parent breakout groups for scheduling.
Den Leaders
Den leaders for your Cub’s age group will be at the Campfire Kickoff
They will set their own den meetings separate from the pack meetings
Class A = Button up uniform shirt, neckerchief and hat - with other accessories as determined by the den leader.
