DEN CHIEFS
Being a Den Chief is a wonderful opportunity for older Scouts to mentor and teach younger scouts and prepare for larger leadership positions in the future. Den Chiefs are Scouts (7th grade and older) who assist a Cub Scout Den. They are selected by the Senior Patrol Leader and Scoutmaster of the related Troop; and approved by the Cubmaster and the Pack Committee for recommendation to the Den Leader. In order for Den Chief service to be successfully completed, please plan to attend at least four (4) Pack events and at least five (5) Den meetings. Coordinate with your assigned Den Leader and identify which Den meetings you will attend. To the left is the Den Chief form that we will use to track service completion.
